本政策说明 ArtisticStyle（以下简称“本应用”）如何处理你的个人信息，“我们”指本应用的开发者。首次使用时，本应用会请你确认同意本政策和《使用条款》。

不需要注册账号，不收集你的姓名、手机号或邮箱。
没有广告，不接入第三方统计 SDK，不追踪你。
只有你选来创作的照片和你填写的文字，会发给第三方 AI 服务生成图片。
作品和设置保存在你的设备上；为了记积分，我们的后台（Cloudflare）保存一个匿名账号 ID、积分记录和购买记录。普通创作的照片和成品只在生成期间暂存在后台，用完即删。

1. 本应用处理的信息

你选择或拍摄的照片：仅限你为创作选择的照片，包括婚纱照套装的人物照片和你上传的服装参考图。照片会先在设备上缩小尺寸、压缩成 JPEG，再上传。
你填写的文字：例如自定义服装的描述，以及婚纱照物料上要印的姓名、日期和地点。这些文字会写进发给 AI 服务的生成指令。
生成的图片：AI 服务生成后下载到你的设备（普通创作的成品先由我们的后台取回暂存，再下载到你的设备）；如果开启了“自动保存到相册”，也会存入系统相册。
购买信息：付款由 Apple 处理，我们收不到你的银行卡等支付信息。本应用把交易编号发给我们的后台，后台向 Apple 的服务器核验后发放积分或开通会员。
设备上的数据：作品、婚纱照项目和设置，只保存在你的设备上。
后台保存的数据：一个随机生成的匿名账号 ID（凭证存在你的 iCloud 钥匙串里，用来在你的设备之间同步积分）、积分余额和每一笔积分变动、App Store 交易编号和购买时间；从旧版本升级时，还会上传一次设备标识（identifierForVendor），只用来防止旧次数被重复转换成积分。这些数据用于发放和扣除积分、开通会员、处理退款和客服，不包含你的姓名或联系方式。后台还保存普通创作的任务记录（时间、所选风格、状态）；照片和成品只临时存放，见第 2 节。
我们不收集你的位置、通讯录或广告标识符（IDFA），本应用也没有第三方统计、广告或崩溃收集 SDK。如果你在 iOS“设置”中选择与开发者共享分析数据，Apple 可能会向我们提供匿名的崩溃报告。

2. 照片如何交给第三方 AI 处理

开始普通创作时，本应用通过加密连接（HTTPS）把照片和所选风格发送到我们的后台（运行在 Cloudflare 上），由后台把照片和生成指令发送到 apimart.ai 提供的接口服务，由它调用 OpenAI 的图像模型生成图片。婚纱照套装目前由本应用直接把照片和生成指令发送到 apimart.ai；它的拍摄方案由同一服务调用文字模型生成，这一步只发送文字。
这些服务的服务器可能位于你所在国家或地区以外，包括美国。
普通创作：照片经过我们的后台转交，只在需要重新提交时暂存，生成结束（成功、失败或你停止）即删除；成品由后台取回暂存，你的设备取走后立即删除，没取走的最多保留 7 天。婚纱照套装：照片直接从你的设备发给 apimart.ai，不经过我们的后台，生成完成后本应用从服务返回的链接下载图片。apimart.ai 和 OpenAI 按各自的隐私政策处理这些数据，并可能保留一段时间（例如用于安全审查），保留多久不由我们决定。
照片中可能有人脸，在一些法律下属于敏感个人信息。我们只在你明确同意后、为完成你发起的创作才发送照片。你可以随时停止使用这些功能。
第三方隐私政策：OpenAI、apimart.ai、Cloudflare。

3. 保存和删除

作品保存在本应用的存储空间里。你可以在“我的作品”中删除单件作品，在婚纱照页面删除整个项目。
已存入系统相册的图片由“照片”App 管理，需要在那里删除。
删除本应用会清除设备上的作品和设置。积分保存在后台：使用同一个 Apple ID 并开启 iCloud 钥匙串时，重新安装后会自动恢复。如需删除后台的账号和积分记录，请发邮件并附上「我的」页显示的用户 ID。

4. 系统权限

相册：选择用来创作的照片。添加到相册：保存作品。相机：拍照创作。
你可以随时在 iOS“设置”中关闭这些权限，关闭后只影响对应功能。

5. 未成年人

本应用不面向 14 周岁以下的儿童。如果你未满 14 周岁，请在父母或其他监护人同意和指导下使用。

6. 你的权利

作品和设置保存在你的设备上，可以直接查看和删除；后台的账号和积分记录在你使用本应用期间保留，你可以随时要求删除。
你也可以发邮件给我们，要求查询、更正、删除信息或撤回同意，或者询问第三方的处理情况。我们会在 15 个工作日内答复。
撤回同意只需停止使用创作功能；撤回不影响此前已经完成的处理。

7. 信息安全

所有网络传输都使用 HTTPS 加密；后台只保存账号密钥的哈希值；设备上的数据受 iOS 系统保护。

8. 政策更新

我们可能更新本政策，并在本页面公布最新版本。有重大变更（例如新增接收照片的第三方）时，本应用会请你重新确认。

ArtisticStyle Privacy Policy

This policy explains how ArtisticStyle (the “App”) handles your personal information. “We” and “us” refer to the App’s developer. The first time you use the App, it asks you to confirm that you agree to this policy and the Terms of Use.

No account needed. We don’t collect your name, phone number or email address.
No ads, no third-party analytics, no tracking.
Only the photos you choose to create with, and the text you enter, are sent to a third-party AI service to generate images.
Your creations and settings stay on your device. To keep track of credits, our backend (Cloudflare) stores an anonymous account ID, your credit history and purchase records. Photos and results of regular creations are held on our backend only while they’re being generated, then deleted.

1. Information the App processes

Photos you choose or take: only the photos you select for a creation, including photos of people for a wedding photo set and outfit reference photos you upload. Photos are resized and compressed to JPEG on your device before upload.
Text you enter: for example a custom outfit description, or the names, date and venue to print on wedding materials. This text becomes part of the instructions sent to the AI service.
Generated images: downloaded to your device once the AI service creates them (for regular creations, our backend fetches the result and holds it until your device downloads it), and also saved to your photo library if “Auto-save to Photos” is on.
Purchases: payments are handled by Apple, and we never receive your card or other payment details. The App sends the transaction ID to our backend, which verifies it with Apple’s servers before adding credits or unlocking membership.
Data on your device: creations, wedding projects and settings, stored only on your device.
Data on our backend: a randomly generated anonymous account ID (its credentials live in your iCloud Keychain so your credits sync across your devices), your credit balance and every credit change, and App Store transaction IDs and purchase times. If you upgraded from an older version, the App also sends a device identifier (identifierForVendor) once, only to make sure your old uses are converted into credits a single time. We use this to add and deduct credits, unlock membership, handle refunds and answer support requests. It contains no name or contact details. Our backend also keeps a record of each regular creation (time, chosen style and status); photos and results are held only temporarily, as described in section 2.
We don’t collect your location, contacts or advertising identifier (IDFA), and the App contains no third-party analytics, advertising or crash-reporting SDKs. If you choose to share analytics with app developers in iOS Settings, Apple may provide us with anonymous crash reports.

2. How third-party AI processes your photos

When you start a regular creation, the App sends your photo and the chosen style over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to our backend (which runs on Cloudflare), and the backend sends the photo and the generation instructions to an API service run by apimart.ai, which uses OpenAI image models to generate the image. For wedding photo sets, the App currently sends the photos and instructions to apimart.ai directly; their plans are written by a text model through the same service, and only text is sent for that step.
These services may process data on servers outside your country or region, including in the United States.
Regular creations: your photo passes through our backend, is stored there only if it has to be resubmitted, and is deleted as soon as the creation ends (finished, failed or stopped by you). The result is fetched and held by our backend and deleted as soon as your device downloads it, or after 7 days at most. Wedding photo sets: photos go straight from your device to apimart.ai without passing through our backend, and the App downloads the images from links the service returns. apimart.ai and OpenAI process this data under their own privacy policies and may keep it for a period (for example, for safety review); we don’t control how long.
Photos may show faces, which some laws treat as sensitive personal information. We send photos only after you explicitly agree, and only to complete creations you start. You can stop using these features at any time.
Third-party privacy policies: OpenAI, apimart.ai, Cloudflare.

3. Storage and deletion

Creations are stored in the App’s storage on your device. You can delete single creations in My Art and whole projects on the Wedding page.
Images saved to your photo library are managed by the Photos app; delete them there.
Deleting the App removes the creations and settings on your device. Credits live on our backend: if you use the same Apple ID with iCloud Keychain turned on, they come back when you reinstall. To delete your account and credit records from our backend, email us with the user ID shown on the Me tab.

4. Permissions

Photo library: to choose photos to create with. Add to Photos: to save creations. Camera: to take a photo to create with.
You can turn these off in iOS Settings at any time; only the related features stop working.

5. Children

The App is not directed at children under 14. If you are under 14, please use it only with the consent and guidance of a parent or guardian.

6. Your rights

Creations and settings stay on your device, where you can view and delete them directly. Your account and credit records on our backend are kept while you use the App, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
You can also email us to access, correct or delete information, withdraw consent, or ask how third parties process it. We will reply within 15 working days.
To withdraw consent, stop using the creation features. Withdrawing consent doesn’t affect processing that has already taken place.

7. Security

All network traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Our backend stores only a hash of your account secret. Data on your device is protected by iOS.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy and will post the latest version on this page. For material changes, such as a new third party receiving your photos, the App will ask you to confirm again.
