ArtisticStyle 使用条款

本条款是你与 ArtisticStyle（以下简称“本应用”）的开发者（以下简称“我们”）之间关于使用本应用的约定。下载或使用本应用，即表示你同意本条款、《隐私政策》以及 Apple 的标准最终用户许可协议。

1. 服务内容

• 本应用借助第三方 AI 服务，把你提供的照片生成各种风格的图片，并提供证件照、婚纱照套装等功能。
• 生成结果由 AI 自动产生，可能与预期不符，也可能有错误或瑕疵。证件照能否用于具体用途，请以相关机构的要求为准。
• 创作需要联网。本应用依赖第三方 AI 服务，偶尔可能无法使用；我们也可能调整、增加或下线部分功能和风格。

2. 积分

• 新用户可获得少量免费积分。普通创作在开始生成时扣积分，生成失败会自动退回；生成中途你主动停止的，积分不退。
• 婚纱照套装在你确认后，按页面显示的积分一次性扣除，会员享折扣（以页面显示为准）。如果一张照片都没能提交生成，积分会自动退回；单张失败可以免费重试。
• 积分包是消耗型项目，买的积分永久有效，不会过期。
• 积分保存在你的匿名账号里：使用同一个 Apple ID 并开启 iCloud 钥匙串的设备共用积分，删除重装后也会恢复。关闭 iCloud 钥匙串后更换设备，积分不会自动跟过去，可以联系我们并提供「我的」页显示的用户 ID。

3. 会员订阅

• 会员是自动续期订阅，有按月和按年两种方案，价格以购买页面显示为准。会员每个会员月获赠一定数量的积分（以购买页面显示为准），只在该会员月内有效，到期作废；自己买的积分不受影响。会员生成的图片可保存为 4K，婚纱照套装享会员折扣（以页面显示为准）。
• 会员权益适用于正常的个人使用；对明显异常的高频或自动化使用，我们可能加以限制。
• 确认购买后，费用从你的 Apple ID 账户扣除。除非你在当前订阅期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续期，订阅会自动续期；续期费用在当前订阅期结束前 24 小时内扣除。
• 你可以在 iPhone 的“设置”中点按你的名字，再点“订阅”来管理或取消订阅。取消后，会员权益保留到当前订阅期结束。
• 如果提供免费试用或优惠价，试用期或优惠期结束后会按正常价格自动续期。购买订阅时，免费试用期内没用完的部分将作废。

4. 退款

所有付款都由 Apple 处理。如需退款，请通过 reportaproblem.apple.com 向 Apple 申请，是否退款由 Apple 按其政策决定。

5. 你提供的内容

• 你上传的照片和文字必须合法，并且你有权使用。上传他人（包括伴侣、朋友）的照片前，请先征得对方同意。
• 不得使用本应用：生成色情、暴力或其他违法内容；生成涉及未成年人的不当内容；冒充他人，或用生成的图片欺骗、骚扰、诽谤他人；伪造证件或进行其他欺诈；侵犯他人的肖像权、著作权、商标权等权利。
• 第三方 AI 服务可能拒绝处理违反其政策的内容。

6. 生成图片的权利

• 你上传的照片仍归你或原权利人所有。在法律和第三方 AI 服务条款允许的范围内，你可以自由使用生成的图片，我们不对其主张权利。使用时请自行确认不会侵犯他人权利。
• 本应用的界面、代码、风格示例图等内容归我们或相应权利人所有。

7. 免责声明与责任限制

• 本应用按“现状”提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不保证服务不中断、没有错误，也不保证生成结果满足你的特定需要。
• 在法律允许的最大范围内，我们对因使用或无法使用本应用造成的间接损失不承担责任；我们承担的全部责任，以你在过去 12 个月内为本应用实际支付的金额为限。法律不允许限制的权利不受影响。

8. 停止服务

你可以随时停止使用并删除本应用。如果我们计划停止运营本应用，会提前在应用内通知。

9. 条款更新

我们可能更新本条款，并在本页面公布最新版本。有重大变更时，本应用会请你重新确认。更新后继续使用本应用，即表示你接受更新后的条款。

10. 适用法律

本条款适用中华人民共和国法律。发生争议时，双方应先友好协商；协商不成的，任何一方均可向开发者所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

ArtisticStyle Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and the developer of ArtisticStyle (“we”, “us”) about your use of the ArtisticStyle app (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

1. The service

• The App uses third-party AI services to turn your photos into images in many styles, and offers features such as ID photos and wedding photo sets.
• Results are generated automatically by AI. They may not match your expectations and may contain errors or flaws. Check the requirements of the relevant authority before using an ID photo for a specific purpose.
• Creating requires an internet connection. Because the App relies on third-party AI services, it may occasionally be unavailable. We may change, add or remove features and styles.

2. Credits

• New users receive a few free credits. A regular creation uses credits when it starts; if it fails, they are refunded automatically. If you stop a creation while it is being generated, its credits are not refunded.
• A wedding photo set is charged once, at the credit price shown for the package, when you confirm it; members get a discount (as shown on the page). If none of its photos can be submitted for generation, the credits are refunded automatically, and failed photos can be retried for free.
• Credit packs are consumable purchases. Purchased credits never expire.
• Credits are kept in your anonymous account: devices that use the same Apple ID with iCloud Keychain turned on share them, and they come back after you reinstall the App. If you switch devices with iCloud Keychain turned off, your credits won’t follow automatically; contact us with the user ID shown on the Me tab.

3. Membership subscriptions

• Membership is an auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly and yearly at the prices shown on the purchase screen. Each member month comes with a number of credits (as shown on the purchase screen) that are valid only during that member month and then expire; credits you buy are not affected. Members can save images in 4K and get a discount on wedding photo sets (as shown on the page).
• Membership benefits cover normal personal use; we may limit clearly abnormal high-frequency or automated use.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• To manage or cancel your subscription, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. After you cancel, membership continues until the end of the current period.
• If a free trial or introductory price is offered, the subscription renews at the regular price when it ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple. To request a refund, contact Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; Apple decides on refunds under its policies.

5. Your content

• The photos and text you upload must be lawful, and you must have the right to use them. Get consent before uploading photos of other people, including your partner or friends.
• Don’t use the App to: create sexual, violent or otherwise illegal content; create inappropriate content involving minors; impersonate others, or use generated images to deceive, harass or defame anyone; forge identity documents or commit other fraud; or infringe anyone’s portrait, copyright, trademark or other rights.
• Third-party AI services may refuse to process content that violates their policies.

6. Rights in generated images

• Your photos remain yours or their rights holders’. To the extent permitted by law and by the third-party AI services’ terms, you may use the images you generate freely, and we claim no rights in them. You are responsible for making sure your use doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights.
• The App’s interface, code, style sample images and other materials belong to us or their respective owners.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

• The App is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we don’t guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results will meet your particular needs.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, and our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the App in the previous 12 months. This doesn’t affect rights that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

8. Discontinuing the service

You can stop using the App and delete it at any time. If we plan to stop operating the App, we will notify you in the App in advance.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will post the latest version on this page. For material changes, the App will ask you to confirm again. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. If a dispute arises, both parties will first try to resolve it through friendly negotiation; failing that, either party may bring a lawsuit before the competent people’s court where the developer is located.
